Scope of submissions
SAP Superintelligence Series considers scholarly manuscripts intended for publication as chapters or other contributions within numbered thematic volumes. Submissions must fit the scope of the series and the thematic orientation of the relevant volume.

Submission format
Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format through the official submission platform. The main review file must be anonymized for double-blind peer review. Author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, correspondence details, acknowledgments that reveal identity, and other identifying information should be provided separately where the submission system requests them.

Originality
A submission must be original, must not have been formally published elsewhere, and must not be simultaneously under consideration by another journal, book, series, or publisher. Any closely related manuscript, preprint, conference version, thesis-derived material, or reused content must be disclosed to the editorial office and cited appropriately.

ORCID
An ORCID iD is required for the corresponding author and is strongly encouraged for all co-authors to support reliable attribution and metadata quality.

Language
Manuscripts may be submitted in English or Spanish. English-language title, abstract, and keywords are required for discoverability. Where bilingual metadata or publication is provided, both language versions must faithfully represent the same work.

Structure
The structure should match the type of contribution. Empirical research should normally include title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusions, declarations, and references. Review, theoretical, methodological, technical, and essay contributions may use an appropriate scholarly structure agreed with the volume editor and editorial office.

References
References should follow the citation style specified by the editorial office for the relevant volume. DOI links should be supplied whenever available and references must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.

Research ethics and declarations
Authors must disclose funding, conflicts of interest, data availability where applicable, ethical approval and informed consent where required, and any use of artificial intelligence tools in accordance with the series AI Policy.

Figures, tables, and third-party material
Authors are responsible for the accuracy and quality of figures and tables and for obtaining permission to reproduce third-party material when permission is required. Image manipulation that misrepresents data is prohibited.

Identifiers
Published volumes may carry an ISBN and a DOI. Individual contributions may also receive a DOI. The continuing series is identified by its ISSN.

Submit
Submit a manuscript through the SIS submission platform.

Peer review is a central mechanism for selecting and improving scholarly contributions published in SAP Superintelligence Series.

Review model: double-blind
Authors and reviewers remain anonymous to one another during peer review. Manuscripts that proceed beyond initial editorial screening are normally evaluated by at least two independent external reviewers with relevant subject expertise.

Initial editorial assessment
The Editor-in-Chief or an appointed editor assesses scope, scholarly relevance, basic methodological and ethical requirements, originality, and compliance with submission requirements. Manuscripts that clearly fall outside the scope, are incomplete, or present serious integrity concerns may be rejected before external review.

External review
Reviewers are asked to assess originality, methodological or argumentative rigor, validity of evidence, clarity, relevance to the thematic volume, ethical compliance, and the contribution to the field. Reviewers must declare conflicts of interest and preserve manuscript confidentiality.

Editorial decisions
Possible decisions include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. When reports materially diverge, an additional reviewer may be invited. Authors receiving a revision decision should provide a revised manuscript together with a point-by-point response to reviewer comments.

Final decision
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the final editorial decision, taking reviewer reports, author responses, editorial assessment, and applicable publication policies into account. Payment of any publishing charge has no role in the editorial decision.

Confidentiality
Submitted manuscripts, review reports, and related editorial communications are confidential. Review material must not be shared or reused outside the review process except where authorized by the editorial office.

SAP Superintelligence Series requires original scholarly work and screens submissions for inappropriate textual overlap, plagiarism, redundant publication, and other integrity concerns.

Similarity screening
Similarity reports are editorial screening tools and are not treated as automatic evidence of plagiarism. Editors evaluate the location, nature, attribution, and scholarly context of detected overlap. Properly quoted or cited material, references, standard methodological language, and unavoidable technical phrasing are assessed differently from unattributed copying.

Editorial action
Where significant or unexplained overlap is identified, authors may be asked to clarify or revise the manuscript. Confirmed plagiarism, fabricated citations, duplicate publication, manipulated data, or other serious misconduct may result in rejection and, for already published material, correction, expression of concern, or retraction as appropriate.

Author responsibility
Authors are responsible for correctly acknowledging sources and for ensuring that submitted text, data, figures, tables, and other materials comply with applicable copyright, attribution, and research-integrity requirements.

South American Publishing supports immediate open access to scholarly content. Works published in SAP Superintelligence Series are made available online without subscription barriers.

License
Unless a specific work clearly states otherwise, content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). The license permits sharing and adaptation, including commercial reuse, provided appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is supplied, and changes are indicated.

Copyright
Authors retain copyright in their scholarly contributions, subject to the license applied to the published version and the publishing permissions granted to South American Publishing.

Self-archiving
Authors may deposit preprints, accepted manuscripts, and the published version in institutional or disciplinary repositories, personal academic websites, and other lawful scholarly platforms. The final published source and DOI should be cited when available.

Long-term availability
The publisher maintains preservation and metadata practices intended to support continued access to the scholarly record. Persistent identifiers and bibliographic metadata are used to facilitate discovery and long-term citation.

SAP Superintelligence Series applies the publication-ethics and research-integrity principles of South American Publishing to all volumes and scholarly contributions.

Editorial independence
Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, originality, relevance, ethical compliance, and peer-review outcomes. Administrative, commercial, sponsorship, advertising, or payment considerations must not determine acceptance or rejection.

Authorship
Authorship must accurately reflect substantial intellectual contributions. All listed authors must approve the submitted and final versions and share responsibility for the integrity of the work. Ghost, guest, and honorary authorship are not acceptable.

Conflicts of interest and funding
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose relationships or interests that could reasonably be perceived to affect their judgment. Funding sources must be disclosed transparently.

Human and animal research
Research involving human participants, identifiable personal data, or animals must comply with applicable ethical and legal requirements. Authors must report ethics approval and informed consent when required and protect participant privacy.

Data, images, and reporting
Fabrication, falsification, deceptive image manipulation, citation manipulation, peer-review manipulation, and material misrepresentation are prohibited. Authors should retain supporting research records and make data or materials available when appropriate and lawful.

Corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern
Material errors that do not invalidate the work may be addressed through a correction. Serious problems affecting reliability or integrity may lead to retraction. Where concerns are unresolved during an investigation, an expression of concern may be issued. Notices remain linked to the scholarly record and state the reason for the editorial action as clearly as possible.

Complaints and appeals
Questions, complaints, or appeals concerning editorial conduct, peer review, publication ethics, or post-publication matters may be sent to [email protected]. Matters are reviewed independently of commercial considerations and may be escalated within the publisher where appropriate.

Standards
Where relevant, the publisher follows established scholarly-publishing guidance, including principles and guidance issued by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Digital preservation
South American Publishing maintains preservation and continuity measures for published scholarly content. Persistent identifiers, metadata registration, repository dissemination, and preservation services are used to reduce the risk of loss and to support long-term accessibility.

Version of record
The published version of record remains available whenever possible. Corrections, retractions, or other post-publication notices are linked transparently rather than silently replacing the scholarly record.

Author archiving
Authors are encouraged to preserve copies of their work in institutional or subject repositories and may share the published version in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license. The DOI and original publication should be cited.

SAP Superintelligence Series is an open-access book-series program. Publishing charges, when applicable, are treated as Book Processing Charges (BPCs) rather than journal Article Processing Charges.

Current standard charge for this series
The current processing charge stated for SAP Superintelligence Series is USD 700, payable only after formal acceptance following editorial evaluation and peer review. There is no standard submission fee. Applicable taxes, transaction costs, or other legally required charges may be added where relevant.

What the charge supports
Publishing charges may support editorial and peer-review management, copyediting and language standardization, typesetting and production, PDF/HTML/XML or other digital formats, metadata preparation, DOI registration, hosting, preservation, indexing/discoverability workflows, and technical infrastructure.

Editorial independence
The ability to pay does not influence peer review or editorial decisions, and payment does not guarantee acceptance, expedited review, or favorable treatment.

Waivers and discounts
Waivers, discounts, institutional arrangements, invited-contribution support, or other exceptions may be considered by the publisher. Decisions concerning financial support are separate from editorial evaluation.

Invoicing
Charges are invoiced only after acceptance. Authors or funders are responsible for applicable banking, transaction, currency-conversion, or tax costs unless otherwise agreed.

South American Publishing recognizes that artificial intelligence tools, including large language models and generative systems, may be used in research and manuscript preparation when their use is responsible, transparent, and compatible with research integrity.

Authorship and responsibility
AI systems do not qualify for authorship. Human authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, citations, data, interpretations, permissions, and integrity of submitted and published content.

Disclosure
Material use of AI in writing, analysis, coding, data processing, image generation, figure preparation, translation, or other substantive stages should be disclosed in an appropriate section of the manuscript. The disclosure should identify the tool and explain the purpose of its use where relevant.

Prohibited uses
AI must not be used to fabricate data, invent or falsify citations, manipulate results, conceal plagiarism, misrepresent evidence, or create deceptive research materials.

Peer review confidentiality
Reviewers and editors must protect confidential manuscript information. Unpublished manuscripts or confidential review materials must not be uploaded to external AI services where doing so would compromise confidentiality, rights, or data protection. Any permitted AI assistance does not transfer responsibility away from the human reviewer or editor.

Human editorial control
AI tools may support administrative or editorial tasks, but final editorial judgments and publication decisions must remain under human responsibility and oversight.
